SMOOTH-SILHOUETTE ARCHITECTURE ORGANICALLY FITS INTO NEW RELIEF
Connecting the environment with the internal human setting. The concept basis. Bionic forms organically fit into human perception and favorably affect the inner emotional state. Humanism in relation to a person. The building forms visual zones, camouflaging the inner, private courtyard from prying eyes by directing premises inside the site and and hiding the main space of the building with a landscape turned towards the general village driveway. In order to provide natural light to the rooms during the day, skylights in the roof are designed, directed towards the sun movement.
ENVIRONMENT IN DIALOGUE WITH THE INTERIOR
The privacy of the site interior space is additionally developed in the building plan, via designed wings and the terrace organization between them. The pond in front of the house provides an additional dialogue between the interior space and the surrounding environment as if the nature itself flows into the interior. The homogeneity of the facade finishing materials and interior walls further enhances the feeling of contact.
Frameless painted stained glass windows allow to preserve the connection with the landscape. The 300 sq.m house features a living room, a dining area, a relaxation zone oriented towards the site, three bedrooms, and an office located on the second floor. The office zone has a balcony with a pond view and an overlooking overflow pool located opposite to the building.The house frame is made of concrete, thus additionally forming the feeling of sculptural, artistic image of the project. Engineering communications are laid in a concrete shell, ventilation is brought out to the skylights, which provides air flow to the glass and prevent fogging.
