The foundation of the project is practicality, functionality and visual diversity. The village architecture reproduces European buildings image and visual characteristics comfortable for perception. The impression of different levels is achieved by adding mezzanine floors in the duplex sections, thus creating an interesting street outline. The finishing is done in calm colors, eco-friendly materials use and wood textures create an additional warm atmosphere.
